Frequently Asked Questions

What are your school hours?

For Kindergarten through 8th grade, we offer an extended school day from 8am - 4pm. Our PreK3 and UPK program is full day and runs from 8am - 2:30pm.

Do you have before and after-care?

Yes. Our free, early drop-off begins at 7:15am. We also offer after-school care until 6pm.  In addition, extracurricular activities run from 4-5pm and are provided free to all students. More information on our enrichment program can be found here

Do you have to be Catholic to apply?

Absolutely not. We welcome all faiths, cultures, and backgrounds to join our diverse community. Currently 40% of our students are non-Catholic.

Are there scholarships available?

Yes.  We award hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships each year, thanks to the generosity of our donors and the Archdiocese of New York. All families are expected to contribute toward their child's tuition, but with a full scholarship, the cost can be as little as $30 per week for your child to attend our award-winning school. More information can be found here

What is Personalized Learning or Blended Learning?

Personalized Learning is the cornerstone of St. Ann's academic program. With the benefit of modern technology, we guarantee each child will receive individualized instruction and a customized academic plan. Our Personalized Education Plans let us pinpoint where each student is advanced and where they need more help, and our Blended Learning teaching model means that faculty can always meet students "where they are".
